All attendees should arrive by 4pm on Wednesday, September 30th

There are THREE options for rooming. For the 4PACK, feel free to team up with 3 GIRLFRIENDS to book the double occupancy room WITH GULF VIEW! 4.

JUST TO TWO OF US feel free to team up with 1 OTHER GIRLFRIENDS to book the double occupancy room WITH GULF VIEW!


Transportation from the airport to the resort is included. BUT, don’t forget to Trip your Driver. Onsite transportation is not included as everything is walking distance.

STRONGher Mini Bootcamp. (Low-to-Moderate Intensity)

This mini bootcamp combines a variety of body- weight exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscles. The workout will be led as an interval or circuit (half cardio/ half strength) to ensure a complete total body workout.

Please bring a towel and/or exercise mat.

Appropriate tennis shoe (no open toe or heal shoes, sandals, flip flops, work boots, dance slippers, aquatic shoes, dress shoes, high heel tennis shoes, loafers, or cleats.

Appropriate exercise attire (please refrain from wearing jeans, zippers, belts, snaps, chains, buckle, or other materials on clothing that may be unsafe to exercise).

Plenty of water to drink.

A great attitude.

Each day has a different activity. Please refer to our schedule for all activities and attire.

Yes. Please be sure to contact us for any dietary needs and we will accommodate.

Yes, payment options are available for each package.
